The IBEA Board of Directors has elected Dr. Gary Hutchinson as the next IBEA Executive Director. Hutchinson will assume this position following the fall 2016 IBEA Conference. Dr. Hutchinson will follow current Executive Director Ethel Holladay who has served in this position for the past six years.
